In May 2026, Yuhuan Lianyi organized a three-day specialized training program on team leader on-site management. The training was designed for frontline team leaders and production supervisors, focusing on on-site management standardization, workflow optimization, and team execution improvement — aiming to strengthen grassroots management capabilities and support the company’s pursuit of enhanced quality and efficiency.

The program combined theoretical instruction, case analysis, and hands-on practice. Core modules included 5S management, visual management, hazard identification, and team communication and motivation. The training was delivered by external experts with extensive practical experience as well as outstanding internal managers, ensuring that the curriculum closely reflected actual production conditions with real-world case studies.

During the practical session, participants were divided into groups to apply the tools they had learned — analyzing and optimizing existing workstation layouts, material placement, and workflow paths directly on the production floor. Each group proposed improvement plans and presented their findings for discussion. Participants expressed that the training was “practical and immediately applicable,” offering strong guidance for daily team management.
